Tenant Referencing
At Signature Estates, we want only the best tenants for our clients, so we ensure that every prospective applicant who wishes to view and/or let the property is thoroughly screened, vetted and referenced prior to any deal being made. Before the tenant even views we vet the applicant ourselves, using our own intuition, experience and knowledge to assess their employment and financial situation and whether they would be a suitable match for you, our client. Once the tenant places their holding deposit they are then processed via a third party company to complete referencing, this gives a score similar to that of a credit score, enabling us to assess suitability for tenancy. We provide an explanation that summarises the individuals financial position as well as any negative factors that could jeopardise the tenancy and their ability to pay their rent without issue, notably County Court Judgements or IVA’s.
