Hello, I’m Alix. I’m new to the property sector and am looking forward to expanding my administrative and customer service abilities in the Abbots Langley office. I have lived in Abbots Langley for over 20 years with my husband, bringing our two children up in the village. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, I'm Bliss, and I'm super excited to kickstart my career in the property industry with Signature Estates. I’ve grown up in Watford my entire life, so being part of the team here feels like home. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with my colleagues and all of our clients. Outside of work, you'll usually find me hanging out with friends or enjoying some family time.

Hi, I’m Caroline and I joined Signature Estates in November 2022. I’m new to the property sector, but I’m excited to hone my administrative abilities and knowledge in our busy Watford office. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and spending precious time with my family.

Christine Power

Hi, I’m Christine and I progress the sales for Signature Estates. I have worked locally in estate agency since 1975. My wealth of experience and knowledge of the business is put to good use with progressing a successful outcome for both sales and purchases. I am happily married to my husband Brian and have always lived in Abbots Langley. We are very fortunate to have our family also all living locally so my seven grandchildren keep us both entertained and busy, we also enjoy our garden and have a great group of friends for socialising.

Craig Chesson

Hi, I am Craig, co-owner of Signature Estates. Having spent my early career in the city I came to realise that I didn’t want my days to be spent in front of a screen and instead sought out more of a customer-facing role. I became interested in the property market when I was working as mortgage broker for a large agency before eventually becoming a senior manager at one of their flagship offices. It was at this point that I decided I could do it better myself and so Signature Estates began. I am married to Linzi and we have four lovely children, Sophie, Emily, Callum and Jack. We love nothing better than walking in the country with our dogs Jet, Thomas and Finlay.

Hello, my name is Des Ward, and I work with Signature Estates doing their EPC's and Floorplans. I live locally and have enjoyed this line of work for many years.

Fiona Garcia-West

Lettings Coordinator

Hi. I’m Fiona and at the time of writing this, the newest member of the Signature team. I am very excited to be re-joining the property sector having worked at one of the ‘top 6’ commercial real estate and brokerage firms in London for 13 years. I’ve always had an interest in anything property related and have a particular passion for interior design. Hertfordshire has been home all my married life - I love its lively towns, quaint villages and the beautiful Chiltern countryside, perfect if you enjoy shopping, eating out and walking like me. My Spanish husband is a big Real Madrid fan which can be fun during the Champions League since I'm a big Arsenal fan!

Lee Goddard AARLA

Director

Hi I’m Lee, Director and co-owner of Signature Estates. I’ve been in the property industry all my working life and it’s been my passion ever since I got my first Monopoly game as a child! I started part-time on leaving school and went full time as a Trainee Negotiator with Spicer McColl (now Haart) in Hemel Hempstead. After a stint at Your Move I decided to start my own agency and in 2005 Signature Estates was born! I’m married and a father of three, a Tottenham season ticket holder, and I love watching movies old and new. I’m also a bit of a “Petrol Head”: I’m a member of the Aston Martin Owners Club and an avid fan of Formula 1.

Harry Sherwin

Hello, I'm Harry and I joined the Signature family in 2019. I started my Estate Agent career in St Albans, then worked for a few years in Borehamwood and Elstree. Having grown up in Abbots Langley I thought it would be the perfect place to continue my career, and what a great decision that has been, I really love helping people find their dream home. In my spare time I enjoy seeing friends and playing sports.

Hi I'm Harrison, I joined Signature Estates in 2022. I started my career within the property industry as a sales negotiator in Hemel Hempstead. Having studied and lived in the area I thought there would be no better place to carry on my career within the property industry then with Signature Estates. What really motivates me to do my job is finding people their perfect homes which gives me a sense of satisfaction. I still really enjoy going to gym in my spare time, socialising with my close friends and family.

Heather Taylor

Hi I'm Heather and I joined Signature Estates when we first opened in our original office in Langley Road, I have brought up my grown up daughters in Abbots Langley and grew up myself in the area. I have a wealth of estate agency experience having worked within the industry for over twenty years. I enjoy nothing more than helping my applicants find their dream home and seeing their face when they walk through the door and realise ‘this is the one’! In her spare time I enjoy walking my two dogs and socialising with family and friends and going to the gym.

Jade Slater-King

Hi, I’m Jade and have recently joined Signature Estates, I have been in the property industry for twelve years. I started as a receptionist and within two years I became a Property Manager and the rest is history. I really enjoy working with the Property Sector as no two days are the same. I am a mum of two girls so in my spare time it is revolves around them, and spending quality family time together.

Kirsty Hall

Area Lettings Manager

Hi, I’m Kirsty and I have been with Signature Estates for 10 years (wow that long). My career was never planned this way, in fact the complete opposite, with a degree in Travel and Tourism management I wanted to be part of the Tourism Industry, but as we know plans change and here I am. I realised that I enjoyed this industry and my career progressed very quickly within a corporate company and before I knew it, I was managing the lettings portfolio of a flagship branch. After having my first child I soon realised I needed an element of flexibility the corporate world couldn’t give me, so when Signature Estates approached me it felt like the right time to leave the corporate world and experience an independent agency. Since starting here I have had another two children so outside of working my three children keep me very busy as well as being happily married. In my spare time we enjoy days out together and we cherish our family time. But like any working mother my me time consists of working out, socialising with friends and having the odd glass of gin!

Hello, I’m Lindsey. I was an estate agent over 20 years ago here in beautiful Abbots Langley working for Spicer McCall. I then went on to have 2 children and whilst raising my family I have always worked within the property industry, from new homes sales to mortgage administration. Now my children are old enough I am back here doing what I love best working for Signature Estates and I am really looking forward to building relationships and helping people find the home of their dreams.

Hello I’m Mitchel, I joined Signature Estates in 2023. Joining the company has sparked my career as an estate agent and I am very excited to work within the family to build further upon my career. I have grown up around Watford, playing local football and basketball and am very familiar with the area. I find that assisting our clients to find their perfect property is a lovely way to help my community. I also love to ski, snowboard and exercise wherever I can.

Hi I’m Oli, I joined Signature Estates in 2022. I started my career as a letting’s agent in north London. Growing up in Watford and playing football for Garston, making the switch to Signature was a no brainer. Helping people find the perfect place is an amazing feeling and meeting people from all walks of life is great. I still enjoy playing football, going to the gym and as a local lad the only right team to support would be Watford.

Hello, I am Tom and have joined Signature Estates to help build the first-choice agent for people interested in a new property venture. My career started several years ago in Watford where I received training from a large corporate agent. No task is too big or too small when working with a fun, friendly and professional team.

Hi! My name is Zehra, I was born and raised in London. I am a mum to a 3-year-old; I find that she gives me motivation, meaning and makes my life that much more interesting. I have always found that caring instinct within. That is why I thought that this might be the perfect career field for me, as my job intel’s for me to do just that. I love working at signature estates as we venture into creating a friendly bond amongst ourselves and most importantly with our clients. I decided to take this milestone for myself to prove not only to myself but to my daughter that we can do it ALL!
