Deposit Admin Fee £30 including VAT
Checkout Fee £180 including VAT
Gas Safety Admin £30 including VAT
Rent Review Fee £36 including VAT
Additional Routine Inspections £30 including VAT
Copy Landlord Statements £6.00
Additional Agreement Copies £6.00 including VAT
Court Attendance Fee (if required) £200 + VAT minimum
Energy performance Certificate or Legionella Survey Fee £120 including VAT
Vacant property Management fee £60 inc VAT monthly
Property Visits to determine if maintenance is required £36.00 including VAT
